This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information TintVibe may process, why it is processed, how it is protected, and the choices available to users. Last updated on May 13, 2026.
1. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the TintVibe website, product experience, customer support interactions, and related services that reference it.
It is intended to provide a broad, internationally understandable explanation of our privacy practices. Local law may give you additional rights or impose additional obligations depending on where you live.
2. Information we may collect
TintVibe may collect information you provide directly, such as account details, billing information, support messages, exported content you choose to save, and preferences tied to your use of the product.
We may also collect technical and usage information, such as device or browser data, log information, page interactions, authentication activity, and service diagnostics needed to operate, secure, and improve the platform.
Depending on how you use TintVibe, this may include information such as your name, email address, login provider, hashed password or verification state, OTP or password reset workflow metadata, payment and subscription status, saved palettes, brand-system inputs, support form submissions, and image, URL, or color inputs you choose to process through the service.
We may also collect consent preferences, cookie choices, feature-usage events, broad geolocation inferred from network metadata, and ad or analytics-related signals where those technologies are enabled with the level of consent required by applicable law.
3. Why we use information
We use information to provide the service, manage accounts, process payments, maintain history and saved work, deliver support, prevent misuse, improve reliability, and understand how the product is being used.
Where permitted, we may also use limited information for product communications, service updates, and feature announcements. You can opt out of non-essential marketing communications where applicable.
We also use information to enforce plan limits, protect authentication flows, detect abuse, review support requests, maintain auditability around account and billing actions, and support public sharing features such as hosted brand-guideline links where those features are enabled.
We do not use private account content for unrelated sale to data brokers. If we use service data to improve product performance, safety, or usability, we do so in a manner tied to operating and developing TintVibe.
4. Legal and operational bases
Depending on the context, TintVibe processes information because it is necessary to provide the service you requested, to comply with legal obligations, to protect the security and integrity of the platform, or for legitimate business interests that are balanced against user rights.
In some situations, such as optional communications or consent-based technologies, we may rely on consent where required by applicable law.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information as part of the ordinary operation of TintVibe. Information may be shared with service providers, payment processors, infrastructure partners, analytics providers, or support vendors when needed to run the service.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of TintVibe, our users, or others.
Depending on the feature in use, service providers may include hosting and database infrastructure, authentication and login providers such as Google, payment processors such as Razorpay, email delivery providers used for OTP and support workflows, and collaboration or storage systems used for shared guideline publishing.
If applicable privacy law treats certain advertising or analytics disclosures as a form of “sharing,” those disclosures are limited to the technologies you allow through the product's consent controls or otherwise as permitted by law.
6. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies
TintVibe may use cookies, secure session tokens, CSRF protection cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies to keep you signed in, protect sensitive actions, remember interface state, support guest-mode history, and improve the overall product experience.
For example, free or signed-out palette history may be stored locally in your browser instead of in a hosted account database, and certain usage or anti-abuse controls may rely on network or request metadata to apply rate limits and security checks.
TintVibe may also use consent-based technologies for analytics and Google AdSense on free experiences. You can accept or decline optional tracking through the consent banner or by clearing the locally stored consent preference in your browser.
7. Analytics, advertising, and Do Not Track
If you grant the required consent, TintVibe may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand site usage and improve the product, and advertising tools such as Google AdSense to support free-plan experiences.
TintVibe may also maintain its own product analytics, such as page views, feature usage, session activity, referrers, browser type, device type, and masked or hashed IP related measurements for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and operational reporting.
Browser “Do Not Track” signals may not always trigger a separate technical response in the product, but optional analytics and advertising tools are still governed by the consent choices made available through TintVibe where required.
8. Inputs, saved work, and shared content
When you use palette generation, extraction, contrast, AI strategy, brand-system, or related tools, TintVibe may process the colors, text, URLs, screenshots, images, brand inputs, and saved artifacts that you submit in order to return results, maintain history, and support exports or sharing features you choose to use.
If you publish or share public guideline links or similar hosted outputs, the content you choose to publish may be viewable by other people who have access to that link. You should avoid including personal or confidential information in shared outputs unless you intend to disclose it.
If you submit a third-party URL, screenshot, brand asset, or client material, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to provide that material for processing, analysis, sharing, or storage.
9. International use and data transfers
TintVibe may operate through providers and infrastructure located in multiple countries. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we aim to use appropriate safeguards and contractual protections where required.
If you access the service from outside the country where the platform is operated, your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection rules.
10. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating the service, maintaining records, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of data, the account relationship, and applicable legal requirements.
Some information may be short-lived by design, such as OTP codes, password reset tokens, rate-limit windows, and temporary verification metadata. Other information, such as support records, billing-related account metadata, or saved palettes, may persist longer depending on your plan, account status, product settings, and legal obligations.
Locally stored guest history may remain in your browser until you delete it, clear site storage, or your device/browser removes it.
If you close or delete an account, some data may remain for backup integrity, fraud prevention, financial recordkeeping, dispute handling, or legal compliance for a limited period consistent with applicable law and operational need.
11. Security
TintVibe uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to help protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, or alteration.
No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should also take reasonable precautions such as using strong passwords, protecting their devices, and reporting suspicious activity promptly.
Security controls may include authentication checks, rate limiting, session protection, verification workflows, logging, and operational monitoring intended to reduce abuse and protect account and platform integrity.
12. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and in some cases request portability of your data.
We will review and respond to valid rights requests in line with applicable law. To protect users, we may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request.
You may also be able to control certain information directly through the product, such as updating account details, deleting saved palettes, clearing local guest history, cancelling a paid plan before renewal, or opting out of non-essential communications where those options are offered.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent going forward. That withdrawal will not affect processing that was already lawfully carried out before your updated preference took effect.
13. Contact, support, and rights requests
If you contact TintVibe for support, submit a contact form, or send a privacy-related request, we may keep the information you provide, along with related account context and correspondence, in order to respond, investigate issues, improve support quality, and maintain service records.
Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@tintvibe.in. General support questions may be sent to support@tintvibe.in. Billing-related questions may be sent to billing@tintvibe.in.
TintVibe is operated by Shashank Verma from Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Policy- related inquiries should use the official contact methods published on the TintVibe website or application.
14. Business transfers and corporate changes
If TintVibe is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, asset sale, or similar transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that process subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
15. Third-party sites and services
TintVibe may link to or integrate with third-party websites, payment flows, login providers, embedded tools, and external resources. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy notices, and TintVibe is not responsible for their independent practices except as required by law.
16. Children
TintVibe is not intended for use by children where the law requires parental authorization, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
17. Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, or operational practices. When changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the website, product, or account communication channels.
The version published on this page is intended to reflect the current operating practices of TintVibe at the time of review.
